1. This is who I am in the world….
A few years ago, I left a corporate career in Switzerland and started a new life in Indonesia. I dared to jump into the unknown, learning to trust the universe. Back to the basics, I could reconnect my soul and to find meaning, becoming a yoga and breathwork facilitator. This change represents for me a real contribution to my responsibilities toward the world.
I believe it is never too late to learn, to try, to fail, to evolve and transform.
Facing the world, I dance my life, following the rhythms, looking for harmony and freedom. My routine and discipline are my pillars. My strength is my ability to listen.
2. This is the story that I want rewritten for women…..
I want to witness all women claiming back their power to speak their truth, being able to change opinion without any justification. Dancing, speaking, loving freely. Breaking the pattern of their own limitations. Releasing the feelings of shame, guilt and welcoming more love, awareness, self-care and abundance in life.
Knowing that every moment is the only reality which is just perfect as it is. Let’s continue to be inspired by courageous souls who dare to be their authentic selves, even if it is chocking or misinterpreted by others. I want all women to support and to be supported by their sisters and brothers.
3. This is the story that I next want to write for myself….
I wish to continue on my spiritual path of liberation, leading me to enlighten. May all my connections to be nurturing and true. Life is a never ending process, and every day is a new opportunity to learn and evolve. I want to be able to face the changes with an open heart, to accept my failures and flaws. Allowing the path to unfold before me, with no fears of being vulnerable or hurt. Welcoming whatever is coming my way and to dare, without fear.
