I’m SO excited to have you with us for this round of 55 FACES.
Your decision to join us is an acknowledgement of the following Terms and Conditions (T & C’s), as below:
Responsibility:
Acknowledgement of being a part of 55 FACES is that you will be an active contributor to the project. This includes being contactable, as well as submitting your written pieces, permission form and photos in a timely manner and supporting the launch of the project.
Refunds:
If you choose to cancel your place within the first week of joining 55 FACES, you have access to a cooling off period, with a 75 percent refund.
For payment plans, the refund will consist of The Aspire Series retaining the 25 percent portion, and any further sum being returned to the placeholder.
There are no refunds available after this time.
You can transfer your place to another woman prior to the books being submitted for editing.
You can transfer your place to the following year's book, provided that this occurs prior to the books being submitted for editing.
Payment Plans:
Final payments must be made by the time books are submitted for editing, unless otherwise prior arranged.
Defaults on payments will result in one week’s leeway, where The Aspire Series will make attempts to contact and rectify the arrangement with the placeholder. Should contact not be able to be made, The Aspire Series holds full discretion about whether they continue to hold this place for the placeholder.
By deciding to register for 55 FACES, I acknowledge that I am in a suitable and healthy psychological, emotional and physical state to participate in this project.
Should my state change in a way that would affect my participation, I agree to discuss this with The Aspire Series immediately.
Any concerns that I have about my readiness to participate have already been discussed with The Aspire Series.
