  By deciding to register for The Summit, I acknowledge that I am in a suitable and healthy psychological, emotional and physical state to participate in this event.

   

  Should my state change in a way that would affect my participation, I agree to discuss this with The Aspire Series immediately. 

   

  Any concerns that I have about my readiness to participate have already been discussed with The Aspire Series.
