I’m SO excited to have you with us for The Summit.

 

Your decision to join us is an acknowledgement of the following Terms and Conditions (T & C’s), as below:

 

Refunds:

 

If you cancel your place more than five months before The Summit, you are entitled to receive a 75 percent refund.

 

If you cancel your place between five months and 90 days from The Summit (three months), you are entitled to receive a 50 percent refund.

 

For payment plans, the refund will consist of The Aspire Series retaining the above percent portion (25 percent for over five months, 50 percent for 3 to 5 months), and any further sum being returned to the placeholder.

 

If you cancel your place less than 90 days from The Summit, you are not entitled to any refund.

 

You can transfer your place to another woman at any time.

 

You can also transfer your place to the following year's Summit.

Payment Plans:

 

Final payments must be made by the completion of The Summit, unless otherwise prior arranged.

 

Cancellations made through incomplete payment plans will incur the same cancellation policy as above, with the provider (The Aspire Series) retaining the same percentage of the total ticket price and refunding the remainder.

 

Defaults on payments will result in one week’s leeway, where The Aspire Series will make attempts to contact and rectify the arrangement with the placeholder. Should contact not be able to be made, The Aspire Series holds full discretion about whether they continue to hold this place for the placeholder.

 

 

By deciding to register for The Summit, I acknowledge that I am in a suitable and healthy psychological, emotional and physical state to participate in this event.

 

Should my state change in a way that would affect my participation, I agree to discuss this with The Aspire Series immediately. 

 

Any concerns that I have about my readiness to participate have already been discussed with The Aspire Series.
