Our Why

In a book series, we see her as she experiences the world over and over in new ways. As one ending leaves us wondering “what comes next?”, she has the chance to begin again. Just like you and me. We have all of the same potential and capacity in the world. The trick is firstly to see it, secondly to believe that it is meant for us, and thirdly to be surrounded by a community who encourage and cheer us on as we become who it is that we aspire to be.

The Aspire Series is born out of a strong culture and philosophy that is grounded in the celebration of women as unique, beautiful, resilient, expressive, healthy, heart centred and community focussed individuals who exist here to create a better world for future generations. This is a given. Irrespective of social conditioning, external expectations and societal circumstances. It is built on the appreciation that how we view ourselves becomes our everything.

The Aspire Series, like the community of women it attracts, is eclectic and recognises that no one approach fits all. It is a framework which includes flavours of life and leadership coaching, social work, mental health/psychoanalytic work, trauma informed work, narrative work, Yoga practice and philosophy. Underlying each of these lineages is a deep respect for the intricacies that make us human, and the common threads which draw us together.

The Aspire Series is truly is a way of existing and sharing ourselves with the world. It is about who we are BEING and how we connect with this, how we lead ourselves, how we create our unique voice and how we role model and share this with others. It is about embracing all that makes us unique as individuals, and shifting our perception so that we can see how purposeful we can be in our one lifetime. It holds true that we each have a significant capacity to both give to and learn from one another and that it is through this collective sharing, that we generate the greatest social impact and capacity to thrive in our lives.

When you are inspired by some great purpose, some extraordinary project, all your thoughts break their bonds; your mind transcends limitations; your conscious expands in every direction; and you find yourself in a great, new and wonderful world.
