1:1 Offerings

Working one on one with a coach has an insurmountable number of benefits. It means that we can create an approach to working together which is unique to you and you alone. Because of this, you are very likely to be rewarded with rapid expansion and transformation. It is one of the greatest gifts that you can offer yourself and your future.

Together we can incorporate a combination of Yoga philosophy and practice, narrative and coaching that feels like the best fit for you. A few of the areas that we can build on include:

  • Developing and defining your sense of self that feels aligned for you

  • Increasing your self esteem, love and confidence

  • Increasing your bodily awareness and connection to spirit

  • Learning what you truly stand for and developing your unique voice around this

  • Navigating through life transitions and in creating your next chapter

    Our sessions together can occur either in person in Melbourne CBD/Inner Suburbs or online via Zoom. They will include our session time together, the ability to contact Michelle between sessions via email and some home play to assist you to further explore and integrate your learnings.
